A special Grindstone that can be equipped to a Grinder.

Tested and this is NOT good on Tyrant or Pistol Daggers. Use elemental grind, instead, as it adds a damage bonus, plus if applied to the right enemy type further enhances dmg. Even on the neutral test dummies at the hotel all three elemental grinds far outperformed this grindstone for Tyrant & Pistol Daggers, before even factoring DoT's or the bonus dmg debuff from electric that would apply to subsequent attacks as you continue fighting. As for enemies actually weak to that element? It could result in a nearly 200% dmg difference using an elemental grindstone compared to this one on those two weapons. This is testing with no crit ring. If you add the crit ring then this grindstone becomes even more strikingly bad.
No, this grindstone is actually meant for elementally infused weapons you can't use elemental grindstones on and already possess naturally high dmg to further supplement their dmg.

Tested it out on a weapon with no crit. Seems to add ~30% crit chance. Will test later on with weapons that have crit. Best guess is that it just adds 30% crit chance tho

Does this only work on weapons that have Crit as a substat already or all weapons?

Wtf is "Critical Rate?" Is that critical chance? Critical damage? Both? I have never in any game heard the term "Critical Rate."

This can also be stacked with the Grind Fable art on weapons like the Tyrant Murderer's Dagger Blade (which itself already has native 30 crit) for a very deadly combination

Seems to be a roughly 20% crit chance and the crits appear to be a 50% damage boost. Feels pretty strong.
Further testing shows that this page is wrong. It does NOT increase by 30%. It actually varies depending on the weapon and can be significantly higher than 30%, running as high as 60% in the testing I've done so far, to as low as around 5-10%. Further, critical damage also varies depending on weapon, especially for naturally elementally aligned weapons. Thus some weapons benefit substantially more from this than others, but even with those that benefit less if they're elementally aligned you don't really have an alternative for offensive boosts from grindstone.
In my testing I could not determine a correlation that might be why there was such a massive variance in crit chance or crit damage from weapon to weapon such as attack speed, dmg, upgrade level, and I didn't dare get into the countless combos of handles and weapon heads. In short, the only way to truly make this page meaningfully useful is for someone to manually Monte Carlo test this with every single weapon head and handle combination and create a chart sorted from highest average damage % gain and an option for sorting by highest crit chance %. This is even more complicated with the additional crit damage ring since, again, crit damage was found to also vary very heavily getting as low at 5% boost when a crit occurred on an individual hit for some weapons.
This process would become even more troublesome when factoring in weapons with elemental buffs or non-elemental weapons that use an elemental Abrasive and enemy elemental weaknesses as testing on just a test dummy wouldn't show the real gains unless they can split the physical and elemental dmg results somehow such as tracking the internal data or painted figures on screen via a mod.
