We have grown, but there is still much to be done. Many that live in darkness that must be shown the way. For it is the dawning of a new day.

Y'all sleep on this thing, it shreds every problematic enemy in the game. Having a problem with jester? Put three of these ****ers on the ground and lure him over, charge attack as he walks into them and bam, like half his health gone and he's 1 parry away from a stagger.

This baby really carries me through the whole game even against Romeo Laxasia and the puppet
It provides enough serves for 2 stagger and fatal attack
Romeo Laxasia phase 2 plunge attack just ate the mines
It can also cancel phase 2 dash attack from the puppet and provide openings to engage
Reliable and fun arm it is

Good overall arm if you can stomach the weight, even for bosses. The big thing with bosses is that you're not going to be using it constantly. Boss makes some room? Drop a mine. Got a crit window that you know is big enough? Drop a mine then land the crit. A fair few bosses won't even bum-rush you completely, so you can spend the very start of the fight setting a 2-3 grand stickytrap for them.
It's not a standout, but it's a very nice compliment to motivity builds or as an alt-arm if you have the carry weight once you get the perk for that option.

Ah yes... the Meme Arm... It's not bad, but good luck using this vs half of the Bosses if you take it into a Boss fight, better for Ad clearing through levels and baiting Mini-bosses into. Overall this thing is Suuuper Slow for what partially mediocre damage this thing can deal...

It seems to me that some opponents notice the mine when not fully enraged. Thats really cool. The mines also "burn out" - this stands out compared to other games.

Boiled down its an attack you can do when you are in a save position. What you cannot do with most of the other weapons.

this thing fully upgraded is cool, i don't normally like using mines and traps in games because it's usually simpler to just attack directly but it's strong + staggers well and the field is big enough that it can hit enemies without a ton of personal intervention. really suits the slower defensive playstyle motivity builds want, it'll give you opportunities to get some big hits in. try combining it with the puppet string to pull an enemy into the mines, it's not exactly viable because it takes too long to swap arms but it's a neat interaction
So, how does this work ?Does it launch the mine at a distance, or does it place it where you're standing ?

could've been a really cool Pile Bunker type weapon, wasted opportunity......
The anti-edgy-slow-walk death machine! I only really started to use this in ng+2, but it then quickly became my favourite legion arm overall. Doesn't fit every encounter obviously, but even most bosses (Laxasia, Romeo) gives one enough time to lay down the mines quite consistently.
