AnonymousPretty ok to get through the Ceiling Balance Passages in Cathedral, Grand Exebution and Chapter XI - It lets you get close enough to takeout Ranged Campers before they notice you firing.
Also it seems to Reduce the Ability of enemys to Alert nearby allies (like some Caracass Elites do)
You seem to only get a few per playthrough. I think I found 7 total. I used 2 getting across that beam in grand central Station. Tip, prior to going up the stairs where you meet the 1st one. Turn around and I was able to target lock the guy with 2 sheiks and hit him with a few electric grenades. You definitely don't want to be up there and have to deal with him as the 4 bomb throwing turret bots are bad enough.
