P-Organ in Lies of P is a skill tree that features both passive and active abilities for Pinocchio. The P-Organ enhances Pinocchio's combat effectiveness and allows for customization of playstyles. Players can unlock abilities for Pinocchio on the fly, but they must have enough Quartz (an upgrade material) to apply the ability for each category. Each category has at least two designated slots where players can use Quartz to fill the slots with desired abilities. This page contains information regarding the P-Organ feature, as well as various builds for Pinocchio.
- As of Patch 1.2.0.0, players can now respec P's character's level, P-Organ, and Legion Arms when interacting with the Gold Coin Tree. Additionally, characters created after this patch will now receive 8 Gold Coin Fruits instead of 5 for their first harvest.
- Also, in Patch 1.2.0.0, it adjusted the required amount of gold coins to reset the character's level, P-Organ, and Legion Arms

P-Organ Basics ♦ All P-Organ Nodes ♦ P-Organ Ability Types
What is P-Organ in Lies of P?
The P-Organ in Lies of P is an upgrade system that enhances additional stats and grants various effects for Pinocchio. Each node has various categories, such as strengthening the Pulse Cell, expanding Fable Slots, granting Quick Recovery for Pinocchio if he is knocked down, and many more. Players can treat it as a regular Skill Tree, and as they unlock each node, they will receive bonus abilities that enhance their builds. On each node, players can select an empty slot, and various effects and Abilities will be shown. These Abilities are categorized under Attack, Survival, Ability, and Item Type. Players can choose abilities from their pool and socket them on each node.
It is important to note that socketing a skill requires a currency called Quartz. When all slots have been filled, the general bonus ability or skill of the selected node will be unlocked. Once a player fully unlocks at least two nodes of a certain phase, the system allows them to take advantage of the next phase to gain better or stronger skills. The latter phases provide better and unique abilities. We observed that the highest phase a player can attain is Phase 5. P-Organ provides dynamic gameplay as players can explore a variety of helpful abilities that can improve gameplay drastically.
How To Access The P-Organ System
After defeating Scrapped Watchman in Krat City Hall, players will soon find Gepetto in his workshop on the second floor of Hotel Krat. Talking to him will give the player access the P-Organ System by interacting with Gepetto's special chair.
Respec System in Lies of P
The Respec System in Lies of P can be done by accessing the Saintess of Mercy Statue. This feature is a valuable tool for players who want to change up their gameplay experience. With this system, players can reset their level, which allows them to try out different builds and strategies without the need for a new playthrough. Additionally, the Respec System can also reset legion arms upgrades, which can be helpful for those who have invested upgrade points into weapons that they no longer use or want to switch to a different weapon type. Furthermore, one thing that we need to focus on about the Respec System is it can also reset P-Organs with the use of Golden Coin Fruit.
This is particularly helpful for players who have made choices in their character's development that they later regret. For example, if a player initially chooses to invest in a certain set of abilities but later realizes that they prefer to focus on a different set to explore, they can use the Respec System to reset their P-Organ and acquire the desired skills.
What are the Abilities in Lies of P?
It is important to understand how to acquire new Abilities. These Abilities can be obtained by utilizing Quartz, a valuable resource that can be earned throughout the game. Once you have acquired Quartz, you will need to use it to slot an ability on a node in P-Organ, a key feature in the game that allows you to customize your character's abilities. Note that each ability requires a single Quartz to slot, so be sure to manage your resources wisely as you progress through the game and encounter more challenging battles. By mastering the art of acquiring and utilizing abilities, players will be well on their way to becoming skilled players in this exciting and dynamic game. This leads to a rewarding and satisfying experience.
What is Quartz in Lies of P?
A special stone and one of the rarest materials in Lies of P. The general use of Quartz falls under the abilities that you socket on each node in the P-Organ system. Due to its rarity, players should pick carefully which abilities they would want to add to their builds when unlocking slots in the P-Organ System.
Quartz can be found in various locations such as secret areas and boss drops. The process of finding quartz can be quite challenging and requires patience and perseverance. When exploring secret areas, be sure to search every nook and cranny, as quartz deposits may be hidden in unexpected places. Additionally, defeating powerful bosses can yield rare quartz drops as rewards. These quartz drops can be used to unlock abilities in the P-Organ System.

P-Organ Abilities in Lies of P
P-Organ Abilities in Lies of P
One important aspect of this subject is the variety of Ability Enhancement Types available to users. It is worth noting, however, that abilities tend to have only 2 levels of Ability upgrades available aside from the Increase Pulse Cells ability. This distinction is important because it emphasizes the need for users to carefully consider their choices when selecting upgrades for their abilities.
They must weigh the potential benefits of higher-level upgrades against the cost and time required to obtain them. Additionally, users should be aware of the specific upgrades available for the abilities they wish to enhance, as certain types may be more beneficial for their particular needs and playstyle.
P-Organ Ability Tiers in Lies of P
When it comes to abilities in Lies of P, there are different types that players can acquire and utilize in their gameplay. Each ability type has five tier levels (with tier 6 and 7 becoming available in New Game + and New Game +2), with higher tiers providing stronger abilities or variants that players can take advantage of. This means that players need to strategically choose which abilities to acquire and upgrade to make the most out of their character's development.
Attack Type Abilities
Pinocchio possesses various ability types that can aid him in combat. One of these is the Attack Type Abilities, which consists of a range of skills that can enhance his offensive capabilities. These abilities can help him deal greater damage to his enemies and gain an edge in battles. For instance, some Attack Type Abilities can improve Pinocchio's charge attacks, making them faster, stronger, or more effective.
Survival Type Abilities
Of utmost importance to Pinocchio's success in combat are the Survival Types, a set of advanced skills that can greatly enhance his Guarding abilities and speed up his recovery time. These skills can also increase the amount of Fuel Cells Charge he receives after a successful Fatal Attack, thereby improving his overall performance.
Ability Types
By adopting Ability types such as Perfect Guard and Charge Attack, players can refine their general combat skills and become more formidable opponents. These types of abilities can enhance Pinocchio's gameplay by reducing the stamina consumption of your combat moves, leading to higher damage per second. With these enhancements, you'll be able to seamlessly integrate your abilities into your playstyle, allowing you to confidently take on even the toughest adversaries.

This website is useless, literally wasteful in terms of time and space! Why does it even exist? It contains nothing but some generic information and then just a copy of texts in the game. Unfortunately Lis o P provides little explanation on abilities. For instance, what does Discharged mean? I mean I eventually found out but not here.

Didn’t do enough on this game and is kinda sad how we can’t get any good information on this site for this game like Elden ring and the other souls like
I tested the "Lowers Weapon Durability Consumption when Weight Increases" node. Seems like it adds a chance that your weapon's durability isn't consumed when you hit, depending on your weight.
Light - 10%
Normal - 10%
Slightly Heavy - 22%
Heavy - 34%
Very Heavy - 60%

Still no numbers on anything? How much extra ergo from defeating opponents + is it a multiplier or static for enemies? How much weight reduces durability consumed by how much??
Did this data never get released?

"Lowers Guard Regain reduction 1"
Survival tier 2
Can anyone explain the effects?
Thanks guys

We need a hentai where Carlo gives his P-organ to Laxasia
As of the 1.3 patch, "Rising Dodge" became an inherent ability and was replaced with "Retain Guard Regain on Pulse Cell Use". It's as straightforward as it sounds. If you have Guard Regain available when using a Pulse Cell, it'll be kept after the heal instead of being lost. Nothing else was changed.
Additionally, as a reiteration of a previous anon post with some extra details, I'm adding the full details of Phase 6 and Phase 7. Both are included in the base game. Phase 6 is accessible once you go into NG+. Phase 7 requires that you go into NG+2 or higher. All major abilities in Phase 6 and 7 require 4 quartz each.
Phase 6 Major Abilities:
- Add Weapon Slot
- Perfect Guard Weapon Durability Recovery
- Add Belt Slots 2
- Enhance Pulse Cell Recovery 3
Phase 6 Minor Abilities:
Attack
- Enhance Weapon ATK when Durability is at Maximum 2 (roughly 25%)
- Enhance Condensed Legion Arm ATK 2
- Enhance Ambush Stagger ATK 2
- Enhances ATK when HP is at Maximum
Survival:
- Lowers Guard Damage when Discharged
- Lowers Fury Attack Damage
- Increase Pulse Cells 6
- Enhance Deflection Recovery (reduces duration of weapon bonk animation)
Ability:
- Lowers Weapon Durability Consumption of Stabbing Weapons
- Lowers Weapon Durability Consumption of Slashing Weapons
- Increase Weapon Durability Recovery Speed 3
- Naturally Recovers Durability of Inactive Weapons 2
Item:
- Legion Magazine Effect Enhance 3
- Increase Consumable possession limit 3
- Increase throwing object possession limit 3
- Increase ergo upon eliminating an enemy 3
Phase 7 Major Abilities
- Fury Attack Guard (guarding normally can block fury attacks)
- Light Weight (Weight tier reduced by 1. E.G. under 80% above 70% = Normal weight)
- Add Amulet Slots 3
- Add Legion Arm Slots 2
Phase 7 Minor Abilities
Attack:
- Lowers natural recovery upon weapon attack 2 (the dim red gauge that heals if you leave a damaged enemy alone)
- Enhances Charge ATK
- Lowers Weapon Durability Consumption 2
- Enhance ATK from behind
Survival:
- Reduces Stamina Consumption of Dodge while Discharged
- Complete Recovery of Guard Regain upon guarding a Fury Attack (requires perfect guard)
- Enhances Attribute Status Ailment Recovery (Electric Blitz, Decay and Overheat)
- Enhances special status ailment recovery (Disruption, Shock,
Ability
- Charges Legion Arm Fable (Fable is charged during Legion Arm attacks)
- Perfect Guard No Stamina
- Charge Legion when eliminating an enemy 3
- Perfect Guard Fable Charge Enhance 3
Item
- Lower Ergo Loss upon death 3
- Charges Legion upon Pulse Cell use
- Special Grindstone Increase Effect Duration 2
- Reduce Item Prices 2

It’s worth mention there are new tiers added per ng+ including the ability to guard rather than only perfect parry red attacks on ng2.

Here's a super important detail that isn't mentioned anywhere and I tripped up on: you do not have to get two upgrades *from the most recent phase* to unlock the next. I assumed that you needed to choose 2 of the 4 upgrades from each phase to reach the next one, but that isn't the case. In particular phase 3 is pretty lackluster and now I just bypass it by getting additional upgrades from phases 1 and 2 during the early/middlegame.

After a few hours of tests and exhausting my gcf personal inventory, here's what I got.
Fable Art & Fatal Attack Up boost average damage by ~10-15%.
Discharged effects (ATK Up, DMG Down) boost respective actions by ~6%, barring Stamina Consumption, which is ~20% (consolidating from earlier comment with testing for ease)
Special Grindstone Effect Duration Up provides a 25% increase, rounded up (consolidating from earlier comment with testing for ease)
Fable Arts Effect Up increases the timer of ALL Fable Arts by a flat 20%.
Grindstone Recovery I had to end up eyeballing, but I'm pretty certain each tier will increase durability recovery speed by ~25-30%, if not a flat 33%.
Ergo Acquisition Up gives a boost of ~10%, rounded up.
Critical Legion Consumption Down reduces Legion usage rate by ~40% (consolidating from earlier comment with testing for ease)
Consumable Effect Up provides lengthens ALL personal consumable timers by 50% (AoE throwables are unaffected)
Each tier of Gold Coin Fruit(GFC) Capacity Up gives an additional 2 fruit to the maximum available when "The tree is aglint with Gold Coin Fruits."
The Phase 3 node 'Shorten Fruit Bearing Time' reduces individual GFC generation by 10%, from 10min to 9min. I saw a comment or two that was confused about what the hecc it did, so that's here too.
And that's all folks. I didn't do anything with stagger or the Death Ergo Decay on hit because I didn't want to try and track an invisible integer and I don't use it anyway/am too lazy, respectively. Hopefully this helps to 1. see this all in one place, and 2. clear up confusion.

Funny thing about node "Lowers Weapon Durability Consumption for Ambush Attacks" from Ability tree: it COMPLETELY cancels durability loss on dash and dodge attacks. So, theoretically, you can spam running R1/R2 and retain damage bonus on full durability from Attack tree.

This Guide is a bloated mess. Too much nonsense information.
Went to the LoP fandom wiki and got my info there. Simple, short and on point.

I am incredibly thankful to the contributors to this wiki, but this guide reads like it was written by AI, because most of the text does not contain information a player would actually need.
Personally, I would have really prefered percentages along with the descriptions. It didnt have to be big, something like: "Increases Ergo Upon Eliminating an Enemy(10%)". Or +1 for item possession, or +10 seconds for consumable usage. It would have made some of the decisions on my playthrough much easier. Hopefully the wiki will be updated with them eventually.

Increased stagger duration 2 isnt all that good. If you think, ok I can wail on a staggered boss more, then fatal attack, it doesnt work out, they just get up if early if you hit them too much for some reason.... it can feel shorter infact. Seems like just increased stagger duration 1 is enough. I can definitely see value to fitting in a weapon sharpen, a heal, grinder buff....etc. Maybe its a balance thing so you dont abuse it with attacks.
- Anonymous
Increases Fable Arts Effect Duration 1 extends Acid Slash and Thunderstrike weapon buff from 15 to 18s. Special Grindstone Increase extends Electric Blitz Grindstone from 40 to 46s and Perfection Grindstone from 15 to 18s.

"Lower Legion Consumption in a Crisis 1" Seems to reduce Legion usage by roughly 40% when below 25% HP...
Tested with "Flamberge" a Tap shot uses exactly 10 Legion, when below 25% hp it turns into 6 Legion per Tap shot (Tap shot being just pulling the trigger to hit with one instance of Flamberge which also uses a consistant amount of Legion). This is quite handy for Legion Arms like Flamberge that you can move with, However this would be best with "Aegis" as it constantly uses Legion for holding it down and it can block around 70%/80% of all damage, meaning you won't die while low HP and it'll cut down the Explosive usage too.

Sucks that there's no Phase 8. It would have been awesome being able to use all of the P-Organ Abilities. Future update pls?
- Anonymous
Fextra really missing 2 whole phases, never change fextra lmao.

So, is there no way to use all of the P-orgran abilities available when upgrading phases with the limited amount of phases? If so, what would be the best way to use an equal amount of them from each category?

Phase 6 Abilities (4 Quartz each)
- Add Weapon Slots
- Enhance Pulse Recovery 3
- Add Belt Slots 2
- Perfect Guard Weapon Durability Recovery
Phase 7 abilities
- Add Legion Arm Slots 2
- Fury Attack Guard (Guard now stops Fury Attacks)
- Light Weight (Weight class -1; e.g. 69% weight is now "normal" instead of "slightly heavy")
- Add Amulet Slots 3
Does the "Enhance weapon ATK when Durability is at maximum" ability mean that our works for just one hit? Or a combo? Or is there actually a margin like the weapon's durability can drop to e.g. 95% and it still works? If the foremost, then it's seems to be rubbish.
- Anonymous
Enhance Weapon ATK when Discharged 1 seems to increase damage by about 8%. Lower Damage when Discharged 1 seems to lower damage received by 1-2%(?) maybe that's bug, but I've seen only very small difference. Lower Stamina Consumption when Discharged seems to lower stamina consumption by 20%.
- Anonymous
The game says you get unlock a bonus when you unlock all p-organs in a phase... this is misleading, right? or am I unlocking a hidden bonus idk about yet?
- Anonymous
Enhance Fable Catalyst Effect 1 increases Fable gained by about 30%.
- Anonymous
"To progress to the next phase of P-Organ, players must first unlock 2 nodes within a current phase." is wrong. You can progress to the next phase by unlocking more nodes from lower phases. Very important since most of the Phase 3 nodes are pretty bad, and a lot of the Phase 1/2 nodes are really good (and only require 2 quartz each)

Does anyone know if "Enhance Weapon ATK when Discharged 2" increases ATK more than "Enhance Weapon ATK when Discharged 1"? (including all other things in a series)

Here’s hoping this page gets updated with information on phase 6&7 and the ability tiers that come with them soon

For anyone wondering, there is no Phase 8 at NG+++. Seems they only intended you to go through twice more for all three endings. Slightly disappointing, but not surprising.

Really, really wish they'd give you actual numbers. "Increase ergo upon defeating enemy." Yeah? By how much lol. 1%, 5%, 50%? Feels like you can't make informed decisions in this game.

I can confirm, phase 6 unlocks in NG+, phase 7 in NG+2. There may be a phase 8 in NG+3, currently working on checking that
Replying to Anonymous Comment 19 Sep 19:55 Yes, the game asks you if you want to reset your P-Organ at the beginning of NG+. If you reset, you'll get the total number of Quartz you previously spent.

Can Quartz be collected again in new game plus?
So the player can eventually complete the P-Organ?
- Anonymous
Actually, after new game plus will unlock phase 6 upgrade (3 weapon slot, more pulse cell, etc.) and maybe phase 7 after new game plus plus.
