Shot Put is a Throwing Object in Lies of P. Shot puts are heavy, blunt items so when thrown, enemies will be staggered and will receive a lot of damage. Throwing Objects can be found throughout the City of Krat. Players can keep track of their Throwing Objects in their inventory menu, which will then be registered in the Usable Items tab.

Some throwable weapons boast great destructive power on their own.
When combined with the strength of puppets, nothing more needs to be said.
