How tf do you give the apple to the golden statue?? I ****ed up a riddle by mistake and I have the apple but i get no prompt or option to do anything besides lool at the message it shows about it. Yes I'm at the right statue also, golden one beneath stairs in opera house. I picked up locket of the dead lady(adeline?)as well idk if it matters tho. No way shits bugged right, what am I missing??

I turned in the apple to the statue and only received a normal trinity key, my guess is because I skipped a riddle / phone booth before reaching the last one (which I answered wrong). I think I'm locked out of getting the chosen key this playthrough, so be careful
I cant confirm this but it seems you'll get whatever Trinity Key awards you've missed out on by answering riddles wrong around the late part of the game, so dont worry too much if you answered something wrong and have already spent your apple

Found her after progressing to far in the story, she was dead on the floor with the record player playing. I have no idea exactly what made her die, which area/bossfight triggered her death.

If you have given this to Adelina already and much later on you have answered incorrectly the 4th Riddle question, he then asks you to present a Bright Red Apple on the golden statue inside the Opera. The obvious problem here being I don't know if you can or not get a second apple in the same playthrough, meaning you potentially get locked out of a Riddle door.

You can give this to Adelina. After you defeat the Area boss come back and you can get a record.
