Polendina is a Merchant in Lies of P. Polendina serves as the receptionist at Hotel Krat who also sells items on the side. Interacting with merchants helps the player gain Items by trading or requesting certain services for character or equipment progression. The merchants in Lies of P are found stationed in various spots of the many locations featured in the game.
At Hotel Krat, comfort and calm walk hand in hand.

How to Expand Polendina's Inventory in Lies of P
Throughout the game, you can collect 3 Functional Items called Krat Supply Boxes that will stock new products in Polendina's store.
- You can find this Functional Item at the top of the Wooden Tower at St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel. Once you defeat the Decay Enemy, head to the room to the right and you'll find a chest in one of the cells that contain the item.
- In Area 7 at the Grand Exhibition Hall, the item can be found right next to the ladder that creates a shortcut to the Stargazer of the area.
- You can find this Functional Item in Area 9, at the "Collapsed Street" stargazer. Once you unlock the shortcut ladder to the immediate left you can go out towards the ledge and move right until you reach another ladder leading down to a chest containing the Special Krat Supply Box.

- This NPC's name is a reference to Gepetto's nickname in the story of Pinocchio. In the story, Gepetto wears a yellow wig resembling cornmeal mush, also called polendina. Because of this, his neighbors call him "Polendina" to annoy him.
AnonymousI finished the playthrough, got back to the hotel, and listened hopeful conversation for everyone, but...for Polendina...his mind has completely gone. He'll never live to see the success I achieved, the world that began to heal, the world that lady Antonia wanted to see. Just...why? There is a supply box before the miniboss with a health bar in Chapter 9

I’ve given him both supply boxes and he does not sell a lot of this stuff, such as Resistance Ampules. Has Purification Ampules, but not the Resistance ones. Maybe there’s a third supply box I missed?

You get humanity points if you show him the ring, so I strongly recommend you do so. He's doomed no matter what, you might as well give him some level of happiness.
