Pulcinella mentions that they had made replica red coats and wigs/glasses of V for the fan club. I assumed I would get a set upon turning in the coin, but no, you just get it back and a Moonstone. Shame.
It's mentioned twice in the game that la bleiweis is enjoyed by "the legendary stalker" whatever that means. This coin item the old lady gives to you also says that only Krat socialites and celebrities could obtain it.
Maybe the old lady used to be said legendary stalker since she asks for la bleiweis.
She also mistakes you as her "stalker friend" not sure if this refers to a specific person she mistook you for, or just stalkers in general where "friend" may mean something more along the lines of "comrade"
