Adelina is an NPC in Lies of P. She is a singer of the Estella Opera House who shares that she can no longer sing due to the Petrification Disease. NPCs are non-playable characters that players encounter and can interact with throughout the course of the game. The following Quests that are listed below are related to the NPC Adelina in Lies of P:
NOTE: To progress this quest, make sure to buy the Bright Red Apple from Polendina's shop in Hotel Krat. Make sure that you give the Bright Red Apple to Adelina the Actress before defeating the King of Puppets or this will cause the reward to not be dropped.
When you get inside the Opera House, look for the stairs on your right and go to the second floor. Walk past the singing spider and proceed to the next hallway. You will see two doors and one of them will lead you to Adelina the Actress. Interact with her and give the Bright Red Apple if you have it. You will return to this location once more after defeating the King of Puppets in the Estella Opera House. You will find Adelina's body on the floor and you can pick up the Fascination Record. It is possible to miss this quest so make sure to read the note above.

Really hate it when a soul game hides NPCs so f**king well I progressed the whole level without ever spotting them. Biggest offender was Toma, he was literally a window, living in a street with a whole f**king lots of windows.

Based on what she said when you first met, Arlecchino led her there. Must have been some sick game of his.
Pls tell me I am not the only one who completely missed that archway behind the singing Spider... Never managed to find her in my first play through. And on NG+ I still nearly missed her even with this guide...

Anyone else noticing that the White Lady and Adelina are sisters? I wonder if it's possible to help Adelina before encountering the White Lady or something more with these two

You can give the Bright Red Apple to Adelina. After you defeat the Area boss come back and you can get a record.
And how the **** am I supposed to guess that she needs a useless apple from one of the stores without looking it up here? Jeez hate this cryptic riddles.
Sometimes I think that this just part of the gameplay of the souls game - searching for clues online
