Grinder Modification Tool is an Activate Function Item in Lies of P. The Grinder Modification Tool will allow players to equip Special Grindstones and swap between them at Stargazers. Activate Function Items are tools players will need to use alongside their other Functional Items such as, Grindstones, and Wishstones. As well as their Basic Items such as, the Grinder and the Cube. Without these tools, the items cannot be equipped together. Players can keep track of their Activate Function Items in the Inventory Menu, which will then be registered in the Functional Items tab.

Stalkers wanted to be able to respond dynamically to the constantly changing battlefield.
Special Grindstones were made for this.
