Perfection Grindstone is a Grindstone in Lies of P. Grindstones grant effects to their weapons, and are items that are often paired with other items that players may acquire throughout their playthrough. Players can keep track of their Grindstones in their inventory menu, which will then be registered in the Functional Items.
A Special Grindstone that can be equipped to a Grinder.
It can be triggered by using the Grinder when guarding. Because it is fragile, it cannot be used often.
Special Grindstones were made to respond quickly in battle.
These grindstones made from artificial gems sharpen weapons and temporarily imbue them with special abilities.

Imo most broken Grindstone, basically it gives you 15-20 seconds complete damage immunity. Not only you receive no damage, you recharge Fable, you deal stagger damage as well as damage to enemy's weapon. Completely nullifies most of the bosses in game.

For anyone who doesn’t have the items showing up, they seem to only appear after all three boxes are handed over. I missed the fancy box in barren swamp and only when I turned that in did this appear.

Only lasts few alittle while 15sec... While blocking becomes Perfect Guard ( Which generates Fable , Stagger and sometimes breaks weapons from certain enemies specialy Puppet-type enemies... But i think it only blocks 4-5 Perfect Parry with use ). Getting this Must have the Major P-Organ , making use of 2 casting it twice for a better 30sec pull-off and On whenever things go dicy.... Note : "Mostly useful against Phase 2 Tough Bosses , which also retains some of the Discharged Pulse Cell heals for an Extra last-resort Heal"... Otherwise its useless to be used against regular enemies which depletes such a useful Grindstone that it made for Bosses.
