• The Bottle of La Bleiwies

To start the quest, head down the stairs from the Stargazer and defeat the two puppets. Then, take the stairs on the left and continue around the building until you find another lit window with a silhouette of a woman. Speak with her to begin her quest. She will task you with retrieving a bottle of La Bleiwies wine. Proceed through the story normally until you reach the Lorenzini Arcade.

Once there, you will eventually come across an unflooded wine cellar where you can obtain the wine bottle for the Old Lady's quest. Bring the bottle back to her to receive the Venigni Commemorative Coin. You can then take this coin to Pulcinella at the Hotel Krat for an appraisal and a Half Moonstone blade upgrade material.
