Half Moonstone Blade Upgrade Material
Purpose Upgrades normal weapon blade up to +9

Half Moonstone is a Material in Lies of P. Using the Half Moonstone allows players to make a big upgrade to their blades. Materials are divided into 2 categories that are used to enhance or upgrade different parts of the players' Weapons, and other Materials players may acquire. Players can keep track of their Materials in their inventory menu.

A rare enhancement material that can be obtained in different parts of Krat.
It can upgrade the blades of common weapons.
The Moonstone was not from this world. However, it was the most optimal enhancement material.
In their urgency, technicians pushed forward with using the Moonstone for weapon upgrade without time to review it any further.

Where to Find Half Moonstone in Lies of P

Half Moonstone can be found in:

• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found in the main path of the Lorenzini Arcade. Follow the path leading through the archway and defeat the Blank Puppet. There are 2 more enemies behind it before you get to the Dimensional Butterfly that drops the upgrade item.
• Can be looted at the Grand Exhibition Gallery, near the Soldier Puppet. Look behind the canvases opposite the counter to find the Half Moonstone.
• Can be collected after completing the Quest: 'The Bottle of La Bleiwies' near Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance. Get the Venigni Commemorative Coin when done with the quest, and hand it over to Pulcinella at Hotel Krat to get the upgrade item.
• Can be looted at the Barren Swamp, where you fight the Swordsman Puppet.
• Can be looted at the dump site in the Barren Swamp.
• Can be looted near the Puppet of the Future's arena. From the Stargazer at the Barren Swamp, explore the left side to get the upgrade item.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found in the Barren Swamp Ravine near the rolling boulder.
• After looting the first butterfly in the same section as above, continue going upwards until you reach a ledge that will let you access the lower area. Drop on the safe side and the Dimensional Butterfly will spawn on the archway in front of you.
• Can be looted near the Stargazer at the Barren Swamp Bridge. Open the gate nearby and follow the main path. Take the right path once you reach the intersecting alleys to get to the Half Moonstone.
• Can be looted at Collapsed Street after fighting the boss Walker of Illusions. Ride the elevator that will be revealed after the fight and pick up the Half Moonstone along the main path that will lead you to Krat Central Station Street.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found at the Krat Central Station Street. After solving the riddle given by Arlecchino, head in the opposite direction and follow the main path where the butterfly is located. Defeat it to get the upgrade item.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly located near the Sealed Underground at the Relic of Trismegistus entrance.
• Can be looted after fighting the Corrupted Fiend and the Corrupted Dog at the Relic of Trismegistus entrance. There are 2 Half Moonstones here, each one is located on one of the wooden platforms.
• Can be looted on the wooden platforms found at the Arche Abbey Entrance.
• Can be looted from a room full of enemies at the Arche Abbey - Broken Rift.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found on the wooden platforms at the Arche Abbey Entrance.
• Can be looted in the same wooden platforms mentioned above, where you will drop down to one of the lower platforms to reach it at the Arche Abbey Entrance.
• Can be looted at the Arche Abbey - Upper Part. Climb the 2 sets of stairs where you will find the enemy stationed at the balcony. Defeat it and take the upgrade item.
• Can be looted in the pantry next to the dining room at the Arche Abbey - Upper Part. You can access this area after deciding the fate of Sophia at the Ascension Bridge.
• Can be looted in the area where you defeat firebreathers in top hats at the Arche Abbey. Look at the base of the stairs after descending to locate the upgrade material to your right.
• Can be looted to the left of the shack with the hole in the roof at the Hermit's Cave.
• Can be found at a dead-end past the Abandoned Apartment entrance near the Abandoned Apartment Stargazer.
