Where to Find Black Steel Cutter Blade in Lies of P
- Can be found in a chest in the Barren Swamp. From the Stargazer at the Hermit's Cave, head down the nearest ladder and then cross the wooden planks to the other side. You can find the chest right there behind the wooden wall, marked by a lit-up lantern.
