Hidden Moonstone Blade Upgrade Material
Purpose Upgrades normal weapon blade up to +3

Hidden Moonstone is a Material in Lies of P. Using the Hidden Moonstone allows players to make small upgrades to their blades. Materials are divided into 2 categories that are used to enhance or upgrade different parts of the players' Weapons, and other Materials players may acquire. Players can keep track of their Materials in their inventory menu.

• As of Patch 1.2.0.0, the drop rate of Moonstone-type items has been increased.

A rare enhancement material that can be obtained in different parts of Krat.
It can upgrade the blades of common weapons.
The moonstone was not from this world. However, it was the most optimal enhancement material.
In their urgency, technicians pushed forward with using the Moonstone for weapon upgrade without time to review it any further.

Where to Find Hidden Moonstone in Lies of P

Hidden Moonstone can be found in:

• Can be looted from the garden before interacting with the doors that lead to Hotel Krat in Krat Central Station Plaza.
• Can be found in a corner near a ladder shortcut at Elysion Boulevard Entrance.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly - Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard. As you walk across some blue rooftops, Gemini will pipe up and you'll see a red butterfly appear in front of you. This is your first encounter with a Dimensional Butterfly. Follow and defeat the butterfly to gain some useful materials. If you take too long, however, the butterfly will disappear. If you miss the window for defeating a butterfly, simply rest at the nearest Stargazer and return to the spot. The Dimensional Butterfly will respawn in the same area.
• Two can be found near Inside the House on Elysion Boulevard, a landing by a ladder near a shortcut under the Blue Rooftop Bridge. There are a couple of Puppet Butlers and an Electric Shock trap to defeat.
• Can be found after defeating the Mad Donkey boss in Elysion Boulevard, before interacting with the large gates, the Hidden Moonstone is behind a carriage near the edge of the bridge.
• Can be looted up the stairs from the Workshop Union Entrance stargazer, after facing a grenade puppet near a dangerous hole in the floor of this level.
• Can be looted in the open area where puppets emerge from the water soon after the Workshop Union Culvert Stargazer.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly near the open area where puppets emerge from the water soon after the Workshop Union Culvert Stargazers.
• Can be looted after unlocking the shortcut gate in the Workshop Union Culvert tunnel section.
• Can be found at one of the ends of a short lake in the Path of the Pilgrim, which you can head down to after defeating the large bear carcass.
• Can be found in the same area as the Puppet of the Future after the corrupted water is depleted in Workshop Union Culvert.
• Can be found in the lower section of the cavern, there will be 2 worker puppets and an explosive barrel nearby in the Central of Venigni Works.
• Can be found in a shack by the steps after the Path of Misery Stargazer.
• Can be found in a hole on the floor in a room with a wooden platform and beams above the water in St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel.
• Head back to the Path of the Pilgrim Stargazer and go down the path this time. On the right, you'll find a Carcass and a Dog Carcass by a fire. Deal with them, then pick up the Hidden Moonstone.
• After dealing with two carcasses in Path of the Pilgrim, you can pick up the Hidden Moonstone in the lake, where a Carcass is waiting to jump down at you nearby.
• Can be looted at the Black Rabbit Brotherhood Territory found in the Malum District. Go inside one of the buildings where you will find a carcass holding a jug. Break it to take the upgrade material.
• Can be looted past one of the narrow alleyways in the Malum District, near a staircase after collecting the Trinity Key from Arlecchino.
• There are 3 Hidden Moonstones that can be looted at the Black Seaside. Keep walking until you reach the next Stargazer at Arche Abbey Entrance. You will find these upgrade materials nearby.
