You can give this item to Pulcinella in Hotel Krat to stock new product in his store. Activate Function Items are tools players will need to use alongside their other Functional Items such as, Grindstones, and Wishstones. As well as their Basic Items such as, the Grinder and the Cube. Without these tools, the items cannot be equipped together. Players can keep track of their Activate Function Items in the Inventory Menu, which will then be registered in the Functional Items tab.

• From the stargazer, move out into the open area where Puppets of the Future roam. Go the the right after exiting the cave, and continue right until you reach the tall grass under the bridge. You can pass this tall grass to find a Chest guarded by 2 puppet Enemies which will contain the Fancy Venigni Collection.
