AnonymousThis amulet gives me 1 extra second of refilling a completely empty bar. 6 seconds with and 7 without. Imo it is complete shite
this amulet is inverse exponential with your weight and stamina stats... more stamina and less weight make this exponentially better... the farther you are from 'heavy' the faster your natural regen is combined with larger pool the flat 15% MULTIPLICATIVE boost is immense.
