Cryptic Vessels are a category of Items in Lies of P. Cryptic Vessels are items that can be deciphered by Venigni and he will return an item which looks like a postcard with information and instructions on it for players to follow, this is completely optional for players to complete but deciphering and following the instructions will grant players with a reward. These items can be obtained through chests or rewards from NPCs or by completing Quests. This page covers a list of all the Cryptic Vessels that are featured in Lies of P.
What are Cryptic Vessels in Lies of P
Cryptic Vessels are collectibles that are completely optional for players to solve and gain rewards upon completing them. Players can go to Venigni to decrypt the cryptic vessels for players once he has settled in Hotel Krat.
Deciphering all of the cryptic vessels and obtaining all of the rewards will grant players the Veteran Explorer Achievement.
How to Acquire Cryptic Vessels in Lies of P
Cryptic Vessels can be acquired by finding chests in various locations which requires exploration and completing Quests for different NPCs. After obtaining them, players may head to Hotel Krat to speak to Venigni and have him decipher them.
How to Decipher Cryptic Vessels in Lies of P
Players can take their cryptic vessels to Venigni once he has settled in Hotel Krat. After deciphering the decryption, he will return what looks like a postcard with doodles and instructions upon inspecting it.
Where to Find Venigni in Lies of P
Players must find Venigni and get him to Hotel Krat in order to get him to decipher the cryptic vessels. Venigni can first be found near the Center of Venigni Works Stargazer, after clearing the area and defeating the Boss King's Flame, Fuoco, players will be able to find both Venigni and his his butler Pulcinella at Hotel Krat. Once he is in Hotel Krat, players can freely approach him to decipher cryptic vessels.

I got all the rewards from these but got no achievement, not sure why
*SPOILERS*
It doesn't seem possible to decipher post-game with the bad ending since Venigni is gone, so you will potentially miss some quartz if you leave it too late.
