Records are a category of Items under the Collectibles in Lies of P. Records can be collected throughout the game through different means, and they also serve a purpose rather than just being a collectible item. Players can also play these records on the gramophone in the Hotel Krat to obtain humanity or to just listen to the music. This page covers a list of all the Records that are featured in Lies of P.
Records in Lies of P
Record can be obtained naturally while playing the game. Any records you find can be played by using the gramophone at the hotel. When the player character listens to a Record, they will gain Humanity.
How to Obtain Records in Lies of P
Records can be obtained by completing quests, gaining them as rewards from NPCs, or purchasing them from different merchants.
What are Records in Lies of P

AnonymousGold records add humanity, and its separate from the black ones, You can easily get your Rise of P ending during ng+ games since Most merchants now sell these golden musics and they all give humanity bonus. They seem to sound exactly the same as the black originals... or maybe theres a fine difference that a musician will notice...

SPOILER WARNING
You can either get Far East Princess or Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 in one playthrough.
If you want Far East Princess [Lie], tell Eugenie "I think he was just a talented Stalker." The other option will be to tell her "The real Alidoro was murdered by the fake one". I'm not sure what you get on this option but technically it's the truth.
If you want the Proposal, Flower, Wolf Part 1 [Truth[ then you need to kill Alidoro, present the cypher to Venigni and then you get the option to tell her that the real Alidoro was her older brother or specifically the "He was Eugenies older brother" option
You do not need to listen to the full song to gain humanity. Starting the song is enough. If you leave the hotel before the song is finished you won't get any on-screen notification, but the humanity is still gained. I know this from having started a record, leaving the hotel, immediately coming back, and only then being able to grab the Golden Lie weapon from having enough humanity (where it was not obtainable right before).
