Lies of P Nameless One's Amulet Notes & Tips
- From some testing, the chance for a pulse cell not to be consumed is about 16%.

Seems to be 16% chance. I saw a bunch of other's numbers below, and wanted to get the tests to at least 1000 samples. I personally used 537 pulse cells and the amulet took effect 91 times.
If I add my numbers to the numbers from the three others below who supplied their raw numbers (16/100, 41/261, and 15/102), among all our testing it's (16+41+15+91)/(100+261+102+537) = 163/1000. This comes to 16.3%, which backs up what people got from their smaller samples.
Having done all this testing, I plan on never using this amulet again lmao. Even with 10 pulse cells that's still only 1.6 average extra cells per life, but the game already has a mechanic for gaining extra pulse cells with the recharge mechanic. Since you only recharge when fully out of pulse cells, if you even gain 1 pulse cell per life on average from the default recharge mechanic, the value of this amulet absolutely plummets to a rough ~0.6 extra pulse cells per life. That's not even enough to let you survive one extra hit from most bosses in my experience.

This can actually be the reason whether you survive or not. I was fighting against The Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood solo and I didn't consume my Pulse Cell 2 times. Once when I only have 1 Pulse Cell, and then the other when I refilled my Pulse Cell. So I healed for 4 times in total where I should've only healed for 2 times.
My testing of 100 pulse cells didn’t consume 16 so the percentage is 16% and I got the same results at 50 pulse cells

My character has 11 batteries, and I use it all 20 times. The result is I heal myself 261 times, the ratio is 261/220=1.186. Then I create a small programme to simulate. When the chance is 15%, the ratio is about 1.176(When the chance is 14% the ratio is 1.163 and 16% with 1.190). Therefore I think the chance is about 15%.

The amount of times this amulet has saved my bacon by giving me an extra heal or two in boss fights is insane. 15% chance seems low, but I notice it at LEAST once a boss fight, most of the time. And that extra heal can be very clutch.
The weapon you can get with the Ergo is nice too, but if you have a tendency to heal a lot like me this amulet is great.

Tested it in training Ground, but didn't aknowlage a Fable Refill apart from the Base Rhythm. Then I wore it for some Area Runs - it didnt procc ONCE for 3-Fable-Cost Abilitys, for 1-Co sts I experienced roughly 10%-ish in ~90min.
But this is rather subjective Information I gathered.
Dont know how Frequently you have to use Fable-Arts to make this Amulet worth wearing in Addition to all the Fable Regen-Mechanics you can Spec into + the blue Power Injection of Meth.eh...Mana* !

From a bit of testing, it seems to be around 14-15%, but I may be way off - triggered 15/102 uses so far. If someone gets more data, please add to this so we can get a better estimate

Did some testing. Amulet triggered 15/102 uses, so my estimate is ~14-15%
Not sure what the chance is. Seems to be about 30% from testing or might be lucky
From my testing i got roughly 12-15%
