- Can be found in a building where Alchemist enemies are in the collapsed streets near the Krat Central Station. From the Collapsed Street Stargazer, head down and into the building and then head up two flights of stairs. You'll find the item on the table in front of a kneeling large Cane Alchemist enemy.
