Where to Find Resurrection! Champion Victor has returned! in Lies of P
- Can be found in the Grand Exhibition. It can be accessed by first entering the Grand Exhibition, making your way to an upper area, and then heading out to a strip of balcony. Ascend the ladder here and turn right onto a narrow walkway. At the corner, fight the Soldier Puppet then continue forward. To the left of the railed walkway you entered this area from, you'll find a ladder going down. Turn left from the ladder and then head down another ladder at the end of the walkway. At the bottom, turn right towards the ledge, then look to the left to find an Acid Abrasive and Resurrection! Champion Victor Has Returned! should be right beside it.
