Why is a Collectible Item in Lies of P. Why is a Records collectible item that players can find throughout the city of Krat. Collectible Items come in different categories such as Records, Pictures, Posters, Letters, Books, Newspapers, and Notes. Players can keep track of their Collectible Items from their inventory menu, which will then be registered in the Collectibles tab.

Where to Find Why in Lies of P
This Record can be obtained by completing the Quest of finding Belle's friend.
The conversation to find Belle's friend will be unlocked immediatly after starting Chapter IX (Krat Central Station).
Head to the Krat Central Station by the train car down the stairs to the right and speak to the NPC to retrieve the item, return to the Hotel Krat and when you report back to Belle, you need to lie to her ('He died fighting a puppet') to obtain this record.
