Where to Find Old Cryptic Vessel Decryption in Lies of P

From the Path of the Pilgrim Stargazer, take the lift down and head down the path to find the shack up the hill. Head there to find an NPC named Slum Resident, and speak to him to obtain the Robber's Shack Key. Use the key to open the shack near him and enter to find out the floor breaks, clear the basement as there are some enemies there. Go down the hallway and take 2 ladders up, follow the path down and return to the shack.

Hug the wall the get to the other side or jump over the hole and open the chest to obtain a Legion Caliber and a Life Amulet.
