It feels like this is alluding to what could come next in the story. Dorothy is always shown very explicitly dressed in red like the actress Adelina Corday. Pinocchio taking the role of a knight faced against the Wicked Witch in a tower feels like a natural progression if they cross paths.
Moreso than that is that in the Wizard of Oz there's Tinman's wish for a heart. The P-Organ is front-and-center visual symbolism for Lies of P in a way where those themes would make perfect sense in an evolution of the story for what's to come.
Either way, this feels very much like it's a hint at conceptual themes whether or not they end up using them in a sequel if they do.
Interestingly, a loading screen note questions why Adelina would want to do a rookie play wright's play as her final one.
The Korean item description of this poster better specifies that it is her "last" because she is retiring but his "last" is because it's posthumous.
