AnonymousHit the hanging puppet on the bridge where you fight the mad donkey (I used a sawtooth wheel. It took a few tries) an item drops with details of a safehouse. It is just beyond the "inside the house on elysion boulevard stargazer, on the right before the puppet with a gun.
this puppet has no colision on my game, hitting him doesn't drop anything.
