The Wandering Merchant is initially found at Krat Central Station Plaza: take the walkway into the Circus, near Cerasani Alley Stargazer.

Each "Wandering Merchant" holds a different set of Inventory and one of his spots for him sells unlimited throwing objects :D

It's annoying that the first one only sells a LIMITED amount of Throwing cells, doing a weaponless run and the fact he doesn't even sell up to 5 is depressing... Makes Parade Master already an issue without getting creative...
