- Can be purchased for 3200 Ergo from the Wandering Merchant found by the fountain in the Lorenzini Arcade. From the Stargazer, turn around and then exit out the doors with the Clemente signboard above. Keep moving forward past the room where whimsical music is playing to eventually find the fountain.

A circular saw blade made using Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The more successful it is at attacking, the faster the plate turns, increasing its electric blitz attack power.
The circular saw blade with a generator attached was effective. Even the strongest puppets could not withstand the wounds it caused.
Circular Electric Chainsaw Handle
A handle made from a generator's support. It was made to relieve the quickly rotation vibrations aggressively.
The vibrations of the circular saw blade made it lethal to its wielder as well. To harm no one but an opponent, the chainsaw handle was crafted to relive the vibrations.

Does the increased Electric Blitz damage from revving the saw scale with Advance? Or is it a flat damage increase per tier?
It's really hard to test because of the damage variance in this game :P

Advance is "A", so goes to "S" with an 2 advance cranks? Same as the acidic spear.

For anyone not aware, the description isn't just flavor. The Saw has a stacking Electric Attack buff that stacks up to 4 times as indicated via buff icon under your health bar. If you put this on a weapon with a more conventional and swift moveset such as the Dancer's Curved Handle or the Master Chef handle you can get stacks very quickly. Combine that with the Arm of God amulet to get a double stacking buff, which really tears through enemies.
