Motivity Crank is a Material in Lies of P. Using the Motivity Crank allows players to increase their handle's Motivity scaling by 1 tier, and at the same time decrease the Technique scaling by 1 tier. Materials are divided into 2 categories that are used to enhance or upgrade different parts of the players' Weapons, and other Materials players may acquire. Players can keep track of their Materials in their inventory menu.
A Crank that changes a weapon's properties.
It alters a handle's abilities.
A Crank invented at the Workshop to allow fine adjustments to weapon handles.
If one ability is strengthened, the opposite ability is weakened.
Where to Find Motivity Crank in Lies of P
Motivity Crank can be found in:
- Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found in the Workshop Union Entrance Area.
- Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found in the Barren Swamp near the stargazer.
- Can be found in a house marked by the Black Rabbit Brotherhood symbol, found after Red Fox and Black Cat catch their break from teaming up with you at the Malum District.
- Can be looted after defeating an elite enemy that attacks with its claws and headbutts along the streets of the Abandoned Apartment. Go inside the leaning house and up the stairs. You will find it after crossing a narrow hallway.
- Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly near the gate at the large dumpsite in Barren Swamp.
Motivity Crank can be purchased from:
- Pulcinella for 800 Ergo x1: Available by default in his shop at Hotel Krat.
- Pulcinella for 1000 Ergo: x2 is added to the shop's inventory after giving him 1 Venigni Collection box.
- Pulcinella for 1900 Ergo: x2 is added to the shop's inventory after giving him a total of 3 Venigni Collection boxes.

Anonymousadding artificial scarcity for weapon crafting is not good game design, giving players an awesome weapon assembly system but heavily limiting the items you use to fit your build is just delusional. its even worse for the other cranks because theyre even more rare lol. theyre just trying to be like Dark Souls or Bloodborne for the sake of it and not really thinking it through. the reason why Fromsoft gave you so many more materials in their later games, and especially in Elden Ring, is because they realized limiting player freedom is just not fun. players want freedom to craft the weapons they want, it literally doesnt harm the gameplay experience at all if you give them more materials to work with.

No there's like 10. I found 6 on my 1stvplaythrough but this website is retarded and this is the 3rd post I've tried to make but an add will pop up and delete the entire thing u can buy a bunch find some.
Damn so these are limited? The assembly system is awesome but it gets hard to explore more than 2 or 3 variations.
