Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant is a Material in Lies of P. Using the Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant allows players to make small upgrades to their Special Weapons. Materials are divided into 2 categories that are used to enhance or upgrade different parts of the players' Weapons, and other Materials players may acquire. Players can keep track of their Materials in their inventory menu.

An extremely rare enhancement material that can be obtained in different parts of Krat.
It can upgrade the blades of special weapons,
The blind butterfly desperately sought a savior, clutching a Moonstone.
It was as if it wanted this world at least to survive.

Where to Find Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant in Lies of P

Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant can be found in:

• Can often be found dropped by a Dimensional Butterfly.
• Can be obtained after defeating the Boss Walker of Illusions.
• Can be found at the end of the path in the cavern in the Center of Venigni Works.
• Can be found after leaving the lift through the hole in the elevator shaft in Path of the Pilgrim.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly at the lake in the Path of the Pilgrim. 
• Can be found in the alley before the Flamethrower Puppet in Rosa Isabelle Street Culvert
• Can be found on the right stairs from the entrance of the Estella Opera House, defeat the two Puppet Ladies, and pick up the item from the balcony.
• Can be found on the left of the stairs where you fight two carcasses in Lorenzini Arcade.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found in one of the hallways with decaying enemies at Lorenzini Arcade.
• Can be found near the Stargazer at the Hermit's Cave by accessing the lower platform using the nearest ladder
• Can be found near the Barren Swamp Stargazer.
• Can be looted from a Dimensional Butterfly found at the large dumpsite in the Barren Swamp
• Can be looted after defeating the Kid Puppet in the Barren Swamp Ravine
• Can be found at the nearest restroom in the Krat Central Station Platform
• Can be found on a ledge before fighting the Walker of Illusions boss.
• Can be found near the Stargazer in the Relic of Trismegistus Entrance. Turn to the corner behind the exterior of the elevator and pick up the item.
• Can be found near the same stargazer as above, but go up the hill this time and look out for the pressure-plate traps. You will find the item at the top of the hill.
• Can be found on the outer ledges of the wall in the Arche Abbey Entrance.
• Can be found in one of the rooms in the Arche Abbey - Rift where Electric Shock Arrows are being shot. Look for the source of the arrows and you can pick up the item.
• Can be found inside the Arche Abbey after walking up the spiral stairs, and into an archway.  The item can be found past the corner of the arch.
• Can be found after fighting the fire-breathing enemy at the Arche Abbey. Head inside the room with a flickering light, and you can pick up the item near the exit.
• Can be found up the ladder near the chest containing a Special Krat Supply Box at the Collapsed Street.
• Can be found on a staircase when arriving at the Grand Exhibition Gallery.
• Can be found through a small archway to the left of the Grand Exhibition Gallery Stargazer.
