Antonia is an NPC in Lies of P. Antonia is the owner of Hotel Krat who is dealing with the Petrification Disease. But, even in this tough spot, she stays true to herself, keeping a strong and clear mind, and having a sharp sense of understanding like a wise owl. NPCs are non-playable characters that players encounter and can interact with throughout the course of the game. NPCs play an important role since they often provide helpful information, resources, and services that will help the player throughout their journey.

How to Unlock the "The Story Of The Refined Old Lady" Trophy in Lies of P
- After defeating Champion Victor in the Grand Exhibition Conference Room, return to the hotel and give a gold coin to Giangio to get a cure for Antonia.
- After buying the cure, talk to Polendina and select the option "Use the Cure"
- After some time specifically after defeating Laxasia the Complete in Arche Abbey Prayer Room, talk to Polendina again and this will give you the trophy/achievement.

AnonymousI'm right before the Laxasia fight on my third playthrough. First playthrough I gave her the cure, second I didn't. This time the entire plotline about her condition worsening and needing a cure never even occurred. The only reason I can think for this happening is that I defeated Victor but I didn't repair the stargazer that appears after his fight. I can't imagine this is a glitch but it certainly seems to be a way to avoid her fight? I'll find out if defeating Laxasia causes her to die anyway or not, or if that also requires her questline to progress.

Even handing over the medicine, there was no option to play the piano and she apparently has not improved. I’m in chapter 9, anyone know what it might have been?

It was the only part i didnt get, i cured her just for her to randomly die anyway

When Antonia offers the outfit 'Someone's Memory' and an emoji 'Remembrance' put the outfit on and perform the emote without hesitation, don't wait (Antonia won't offer the Ergo Fragment if done later and won't continue dialog, at least not for me on one of my save playthroughs [forgot]). Not sure if this affects the humanity meter or not.
when given the choice between a quick and mostly painless death and a horrfic, slow, and painful one... it isn't really a choice at all.
