Sooo this belonged to Antonia, the former legendary Stalker? And that is why she has the disease, and is wealthy. And the devil was probably lured in by the music in her hotel. So many subtle lore hints in boss weapons, like with the Puppet ripper (Arlecchino's scythe), I like it

I wish we got the mace Simon used instead of a caveman's club...
Reset your character and dump your stats into stamina and motivity. Use motivity crank on handle to S scaling. Baby, you've got a stew going

Futzing around with this in NG++ and y'know? I can dig it. Big bonking sticks are always fun, and this thing guards great and snaps weapons left and right if you've ever gotten sick of *not* breaking weapons through perfect guards.
Very satisfying to give one of the soldier dudes before the Mad Donkey one good bop and watching them try to guard the follow-up bonk while your tree branch goes right through their blade, for example.

This weapon is incredibly strong and should not be overlooked. It can stagger incredibly fast, hits like a truck and the fable art is a nuke that scales on the amount of ergo you have. However, it needs to be said that the weapon's weakness is its slow animations for its attacks. You will get smacked out of your attacks occasionally because the starting animations can be too long sometimes. Also note that when using the fable art be relatively close or you may whiff it completely and waste 3 bars of juice. To help mitigate the slow attack speed use dash attacks such as the running R2 for a slam or a running R1 for a swing. This should be fast enough to allow you to dodge or block after when engaging faster bosses and enemies.

On top of doing massive damage with no setup or charging required, the ergo fable attack also gives you a huge amount of i frames during the attack, it’s ridiculous.

You get about 20% extra ergo when you defeat an enemy with this

I'm confident this weapon uses some kind of %. I had reset my level and was trying out different weapons to see what sounded fun. I had over 500k ergo because I had not yet allocated levels. I didn't notice right away but it was spending 27k on the fable art attack! I immediately screamed then force quit the game. I had swung the fable art twice and got only 1 swing worth of ergo back after the force quit.

bis on bennett unless youre using instructo- wait wtf this isnt genshin

Ergo Release seems to consume 500 + 5% of your total ergo per use. Unsure if more ergo also increases the damage.

Strongest strength weapon in the game, it's not even close. Holy Ark carried me until this but this does so much damage. First tried nameless puppet with this after losing like 40 times with Ark. The fable art is by far the most overpowered in the entire game and it even is a free ergo battery as a passive, making it self sufficient. The moveset is stellar and it pairs extremely well with a high capacity and high motivity build, as it is one of the only weapons in the game that can trade hits and actually be favorable due to the ridiculous stagger buildup this things packs even on light attacks. God tier

Possibly the best heavy moveset in the entire game. R1 string incorporates the best thing about the Exploding Pickaxe handle (fast, chaining smashes). R2s are decently fast and cover a good arc. Running R2 is probably the best in the entire class. I don't know whether i hate or love the fact the game gives you several coolest weapons only before the immediate ng+.

literally strongest strength weapon in the game. the club. gotta love the devs sense of humor.
This might have the strongest Fable art in the game. Demolishes things with one use, and by the time you get this 500 Ergo is nothing

The running heavy attack of this thing is crazy good. It is akin to using jumping attacks with greatweapons in Elden Ring: incredibly fast animation that also has your character leap forwards quickly to close the distance.
Essentially removes the one weakness it otherwise has: being slow as foook when attacking.
